Find heavy double Clean and Jerk from blocks at power position, then 3 sets at heavy double
Back Squat: 1x10-60%, 1x8-65%, 1x8-70%, 1x8-75%
Front Squat: 1x5-60%, 1x5-65%, 2x5-70%
Close Grip Bench-4x8 Heavy
Strict Pullups-3x8 Max Effort
3x10 GH Raises
