STRENGTH: 1 RM Weighted Pushup; 3x10 Ring Rows
CONDITIONING: Swim 500m (100m intervals)

STRENGTH-115# Weighted Pushup
CONDITIONING-Richter swam 100m then I would swim 100m until we got to 500m. (I got a lot less rest than Richter!)
